Ingredients:
1 pound of pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup of pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, cooked sausage, etc.
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired size and thickness.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by any desired toppings.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder over the pizza.
Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Enjoy your homemade pizza with a side salad or garlic bread!
Seems so easy!!!
