Ingredients:
- 230 grams (8 ounces) fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook fettuccine pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley (optional), and serve immediately.
