Classic Alfredo Pasta !!!

 


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: Approximately 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 230 grams (8 ounces) fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Cook fettuccine pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with parsley (optional), and serve immediately.
